Most coaches and practitioners are losing sales in the follow-up, not on the call itself. This one page changed that completely for our business, and in this video I am walking you through exactly how to build it and install it into yours.
If your prospects are leaving calls saying they need to think about it and then going silent, the problem is not your offer and it is not your copy.
In this episode I walk through the full anatomy of our sales process, the nine elements that build proof, transparency, and trust without you having to chase anyone, and the exact email to send immediately after the call.
Whether you are a health coach, a practitioner, or a clinic owner, this is the most underused sales conversion tool in the industry right now.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is a post-call yes page and how does it improve sales conversions?
A post-call yes page is a single web page sent to prospects within minutes of an enrollment call that compiles proof, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and trust-building assets in one place. It works by giving prospects everything they need to feel safe and confident in their decision before a follow-up call, dramatically increasing the likelihood they say yes without requiring any chasing.
Why do prospects say they need to think about it after a sales call?
The three core reasons people do not buy are lack of desire, lack of belief that they can get results, and lack of trust in the solution or provider. Smoke-screen responses like needing to think about it or talking to a spouse almost always mask one of these three underlying objections, which is why addressing proof and trust proactively between the first call and the follow-up is so effective.
What should a post-call yes page include?
The most effective post-call yes pages include a welcome video that addresses fear and identity, testimonial screenshots with the strongest results most prominently placed, a skeptical client interview, data-driven proof of client outcomes, a behind-the-scenes product demo, a meet-the-team video, a clear statement of your number one differentiator, Google or third-party reviews, and video testimonials organized by client type or profession.
How do you quantify client results to use as proof in your marketing?
Even subjective improvements can be tracked on a simple one-to-ten scale measured at day zero, day thirty, and day sixty. Once you have that data across enough clients, you can create averages and aggregates such as our clients reduce their symptoms by 55 percent in thirty days on average, which turns qualitative outcomes into compelling, credible, data-driven proof that builds trust with skeptical prospects.

You are losing a lot of business in the follow-up, but hey, so was I until I installed this one page that changed the game for our business. Hey, welcome to the Health Preneur Show. I'm Yuri Alfame, CEO and founder of Health Preneur. You are listening to this because you are a health professional or coach who is committed and driven to growing a successful virtual practice or coaching business online. In these episodes, I'm going to give you the best of the best when it comes to marketing, sales, mindset, business growth in general to help you achieve those goals. So without any further ado, let's dive right in. Today I'm actually going to walk you through a behind-the-scenes training I've given a little while ago for our mastery clients, showing them exactly what this one page is, how to build it and install it into your business, and how specifically it can help you enroll more clients or patients after your initial call or consult without having to chase them. So if you want to improve your sales conversion process, help more people, make more money, then you're going to want to check this out. Let's dive right into it. Postcall yes page, it's a simple page after your sales call that helps prospects sell themselves and saying yes. So we I started notice. So we've had this in place for probably the past two years, I think. But recently I've noticed I've noticed people who have had an initial call and then they come back to the call and they spend like 10 minutes selling themselves to us. Like, hey, I watched all this stuff. I like, you know, watch Ray's video. I spent the whole weekend going through this stuff. And the thing, here's the thing, guys. If you don't have this, people are going to go online and find try to find this stuff, right? Is when someone has had a conversation with you and they're like, I'm talking to some other people, or they don't say that, they're still gonna go, they're not gonna like hang up the phone with you and just move on with their life. Like if they're serious about doing stuff with you, they're gonna search around. Like they're gonna try to find stuff about you somewhere. So if you can bring all of that into one place, it makes their life a whole lot easier, right? Because our goal is that everyone's looking for clarity, they want information. So this page is about bringing all that together for them. So I'll walk you guys through what this looks like. First and foremost, why people don't buy. The excuses that people give you, like the I need to think about it and other smoke screen excuses. I call them smoke screens because they're not real objections, don't reveal the truth. As we've talked about, the only three reasons are the following. There's lack of desire. So they actually don't really want what they say they want. They lack belief, which means they don't believe they can get better or get the results. Like everything I've done in the past hasn't worked. Why would this be different? That's more about themselves, and lack of trust. So they don't trust that you can help them or that you are the right solution. So these are the only three objections, like in a coaching-based type of offer. So what we're looking to do here is we have to be able to address these and lack of desire. I don't know if this is really going to address that, but lack of belief and lack of trust for sure can be addressed on this page. So why this matters is that prospects need to feel safe with you before they will buy from you. That's why people typically date before they get married, generally, right? It's like, hey, I want to make sure you're like not a psycho, and then you know we can tie the knot. So, in order to build that safety in this context, we want to show proof, we want to show transparency, and this leads to trust, right? So, with respect to proof, guys, there is no limit on how much proof you can share. The more proof, the better. If all of your marketing and all of your information was just social proof and testimonials, that's you would be fine. Like you don't need anything else other than that. Like, here's what we do, here's millions of testimonials. I think you'll make the right choice. Transparency is showing prospects what it's like to work with you, kind of like that open kitchen concept. So if you can in a restaurant, if you can see the kitchen, it allows people to recognize that you're not putting spit in their food. It just builds a bit more confidence in what you're doing. So we'll talk about how to build transparency. And then trust is obviously a combination of all these things combined so that they just feel like this is the right solution. The other thing with this with why this page is important is we talk about like the better you market, the less you have to sell. But remember that if someone comes into a call with you and they haven't been exposed to a lot of your marketing, which by the way is a very big advantage with the Andromeda update now, is they will see more of your stuff, most likely, compared to before. So we'll get a big spectrum of different angles, which theoretically, again, if they have those different touch points, makes them come to the call more primed. But we'll save that for later. But let's say someone books a call with you and they haven't been exposed to a lot of your stuff, right? Maybe they just saw an ad, they may have watched your webinar, maybe not, they book a call. This page almost serves as like a let's start at zero again, right? So we had the call and let's kind of like give you everything you need now that we've had the conversation to make a good decision. And so what this allows you to do is that even if the initial call doesn't work out in terms of an enrollment, the likelihood of them enrolling afterwards in a follow-up is significantly greater because now this acts almost like as a marketing piece between the call and the follow-up, which increases the likelihood of the follow-up going in a good direction, assuming they actually want to do something about their situation. Okay, so how it works is really simple. So again, we talk about people need to feel safe with you before they buy. So simple four-step process. You have an enrollment call, they don't enroll with you. You're gonna send them an email, which I'm gonna share with you in a couple seconds, 10 minutes after the call, and you're just gonna give them the link to the to the page. That postcall yes page is gonna give the prospect everything they need to feel safe and for them to feel like, yep, let's move forward. And then you have a follow-up call, which is gonna be very straightforward. And then, like, you collect payment. That's it. So here's the email um about our conversation. Hey, first name, great speaking with you today. Hope you're extended about what's possible for you inside HBA. Obviously, please change HBA for you know your thing. Uh, as mentioned, I'm sending over some additional resources that will give you more clarity on everything HPA related on this page. And these are linked to the actual page. So you can click on these, it'll take you over there. Um, anyways, on this page, you'll see the following. So inside look behind the curtains, a welcome video from some of the coaches who will be working with you, a very candid interview with two of our most skeptical clients, and then dozens of case studies from our clients. So I'll talk about these as we go through this. Looking forward to speaking with you on date and time of follow-up. So you've already looked on a follow-up call and you're saying, remember, like as soon as they get off that call with you, things go down, right? So we have like speed to lead is very important here. You have the call within a few minutes, you send the email. Okay. And again, should you be able to move forward before a call tomorrow or whenever the date is, let me know. We can secure a spot, get your friend a line today. Okay, so that's the email. You can modify it however you want, but you know, there it is. So this is the page, and I'm just gonna like show you like it's long. Okay, so it like keeps going and keeps going and keeps going and keeps going. Okay, and it'll keep going as we add more stuff to this over time. So I'm gonna go back to the PDF just to give it a lay of the land in terms of how this is structured, and I wanted to walk you through the anatomy of it. What I've done here is I've taken screenshots of the page and I've just broken them down into sections. So even though these are going to be side by side, it's kind of like that vertical sequential flow. So first thing we have here, uh, you'll notice the headline watch this before joining HBA. I'm assuming the sale, right? I'm not saying like to help you decide. I'm like, watch this before you join. That's I'm just like, you're in. So the welcome video here, it speaks to the fear of making a decision and stepping into their new identity. So this welcome video is more about who you have to become in order to get what it is that you want, right? So it's like, hey, you just had this a call with one of our team members and you're here because you're considering working with us. Awesome job. And right now you might be hesitant, looking for a little bit of whatever. And I try to do my best to try to address some of that in this video, and it's only a few minutes. But the goal here is like, I really challenge people to say, like, listen, you might be feeling a little bit anxious. That's totally cool, right? You're looking for these big results, you've got to step into this like bigger version of yourself. So, this video is more about coaching them through how to make a decision, right? And it's probably not the best video that I could have shot for this, but it's, you know, whatever, it's good enough. So, this is more about like really thinking through what is the fear holding someone back and addressing it in this video. And the fear is about things not having worked out for them before. What if this doesn't work out? How do I know if I'm making the right decision? And it's about challenging to the point of like, like, you that's totally fine to feel this way, right? But you're not going to achieve what it is you want by staying where you are. Okay, just underneath that, uh, we have a bunch of uh testimonial screenshots. So these I put in on this, like right here on this page, because in a in a quick snapshot, I want people to see like instantaneous results. So, like for instance, we put one of Aaron's things here, uh, so they could see 500k, like boom, like numbers jump out right away. So you want to think of like best when you're when you're putting testimonials in, especially if they're screenshots, put the best, like sandwich it best at the top, best at the bottom, and then everything else in between. Just like if you had to choose one or two, best, best, everything else goes in between. So right away they can skim this and like, oh, okay, like shit, this is pretty cool. So we have about, I don't know, maybe a dozen of those. And the goal is like just quit easy consumption. Then now we have the luxury of obviously having this. So Kevin and Justin, this is maybe a year ago, I think, they had a conversation with Jim around like their hesitations joining HVA. And we put this up on YouTube. We wanted to give people the opportunity to say, like, hey, listen, like if you have these fears and hesitations, so did these two clients. And they literally just talk you like have a conversation with Jim about it. And so the goal here was to use this video to help people see themselves in the conversation, to be like, that's exactly what I'm skeptical about as well. So if you guys have clients who at some point in the process are happy to share their experience, just ask them, like, what were you like? Let's like go back before we started. Like, what were you hesitant about? Like, what were some of the skepticisms you had in your mind? Because if you can start to bring that to surface, then people watch this video and they're like, man, that's exactly what I'm thinking. And it's actually really good to have skeptical clients. Like Kevin's mentioned this in a bunch of his posts. Like, he's like, I didn't trust Yuri and da-da-da-da. Like, I was super skeptical. I'm like, awesome. Because the thing is, when you have skeptical clients or skeptical perspective clients, they become really evangelical type of clients, assuming things are good on the inside, right? And it's not to say that we're we're not we're not misleading people, but we're just recognizing that everyone has a different process for making decisions. Some people are more intuitive, some people are more fact-finding, some people have had experiences that are not the best. And it's thinking about how can we address all those things, but not just like me saying it or you saying it. How do we get other people's perspectives? And so this video is an example of what that could look like. One of the things that we do, obviously, because we document all the data across all of our clients, is we can, you know, we can demonstrate data-driven proof. And I think this is one thing for you guys to consider if you're not already doing this, is even on a subjective scale. So let's say you have a subjective scale of how somebody improves, right? So, like Kevin with migraines, we've talked about like create your own quantitative scale or Brooke with episodes of having to run to the bathroom or whatever it is, right? So, like person comes in on day zero and scale of one to 10, 10 is like, I have to go nonstop, I can't even leave the house. What is that at day 30? What is it at day 60? And then when you have numbers like five out of 10, 7 out of 10, you can compile those and then you can create visuals like this, or even just basic data points to say, you know, are after working with dozens or hundreds of clients, we have found that the average client reduces the number of I have to run to the toilet episodes by 55% in 30 days. And what that means for them is they're able to actually like go for a walk in the forest and like enjoy life. And so now you're able to take subjective qualitative improvements and quantify them. So in addition to people talking about how much has changed their life, again, just thinking about like different brain, like parts of our brains are looking at different things. And if we have numbers to back some of that stuff up, then it's great. Like in weight loss, like Max, really simple for you. It's like collectively, our clients have lost a million pounds, right? Like stuff like that. Or on average, it's like you can do the collective, like on average, our or collectively, our clients have lost this amount of weights. And then you can say on average, our clients lose this amount of weight over this amount of time, right? And this it's always like like, you know, disclaimer. We're not promising that, but this is on average what our clients see. Quick little break in the show for you. Are you in our Healthpreneur Hub Facebook group? If not, I want to hook you up. I share some amazing resources in there, including free reports, videos, trainings, obviously, more connection to me. And we have thousands of other health professionals and coaches who are in that group actively seeking to grow their business online. If you'd like to join us, let me hook you up with a link. It's healthpreneur group.com forward slash hub. That's forward slash H U B. Once again, that's healthpreneur group.com forward slash hub. Go there now, join the group. And when you're in there, just drop me a little note to welcome yourself, let us know what you're up to. And I look forward to seeing you inside, connecting with you a little bit more personally. And once again, that's healthpreneur group.com forward slash hub. Now let's get back to the show. So whatever you can do to track your client results quantitatively becomes really awesome. So that's the data-driven proof. So if we scroll down, kind of showing behind the scenes a little bit, right? So like showing like the open kitchen. So one of the things that I do think is really important for you guys to articulate is what is your number one differentiator? And this is something I want you to think about now if you haven't already. Like, what's the one thing that separates you from everyone else? And that one thing needs to be meaningful to your clients and objectively true, which means like I'll give you an example. So for us, we have seven differentiators, which means that we really have none. So we're like, okay, we have seven things, but we have to really focus on one of them. So one of the things that we consistently hear from our clients is that we actually care, which is true, but we can't use that as a differentiator because anyone can say that, right? I can't objectively show someone like we're the only company that cares. Because it's just like, well, everyone can say that. So like that's a meaningless differentiator. But for us, the objective truth, the only differentiator that we can objectively show people is that we've been doing this longer than anyone else, period. And so we use that to our advantage. And we're basically saying when health professionals, like when experience matters, they choose us, right? It's like if you board an airplane and you want to fly with a rookie trained simulator pilot, by all means, you can find them out there for pennies on the dollar. But if you actually want experience with a captain who's been at this for a long time and a whole team of like a crew, well, that's what we do. That's who we are. So for us, our number one differentiator is our experience. So for you guys, you guys might say, Well, like, yeah, like I've been at this a very long time, but also there might also be people in your space who've been at this just as long as you. So think about what's meaningful to your clients. I think experience is meaningful to our clients because experience means like you've been at this for a while, you've obviously done some stuff right, wisdom, track record, reputation, all that stuff. So for you, what do you think like, and you can, you know, think about this as we're talking here is like, what is meaningful to our clients and what can you objectively show that they'd be like, oh, okay, interesting. That's good to know. Like I'm the only person who does this who has three degrees from Harvard. Okay, that's cool, but what does it mean to them? Right. So stuff like that. So here we include a team photo just so they show, like, hey, here's part of our team or like a legit business. So the next piece is behind the scenes. This is actually something really easy to do. So we did this probably a couple of years ago now. So I just took my iPhone and I said, Hey, uh, I know you're considering working with us. I just wanted to introduce you to some of the team that you'll be working with. And so then each of our coaches, I don't think all of them run this video, but there might be 10. They quickly introduce themselves. They're like, Hey, I'm Steph, I'm one of the mindsight coaches here. You know, when you do run into challenges, I'll be here by your side to walk you through dot dot dot. So now the prospect is able to see like the actual coaches they'll be working with. And it's just more, it's not polished, it's just like super raw. And again, it's just allow this that this is that transparency piece, right? Like showing them the open kitchen to be like, hey, here's who you're gonna be working with. Now, if you guys have one or two coaches, this is a great opportunity to do that. If you don't, then maybe this video doesn't make sense at this stage of the game, right? Because you'll already have the welcome video at the top. You'll just talk about your thing. You can kind of show some like behind the scenes stuff if you want to. But if you do have a team that's supporting their clients, and this is the key here is that it's client-facing. So, like in this video, we don't have anyone from our marketing team on the video because they're not interacting with them, right? So, this is mostly their coaching team. The next one is uh very simple that I think all of you guys can do is let me show you what it looks like on the inside. So it's like a product demo. And so, like in our case, I can't exactly remember what's in this video, but it's kind of like an overview of the system. And then I think there's a behind-the-scenes look inside of school and a process greet. So, again, it's it's appealing to that person who may be more fact-finding, who wants more details, who wants to kind of see things. And it just kind of shows them, like, oh shit, like this is what it looks like on the inside. Cool. So that's a really simple video you guys can shoot, just kind of like, hey, like once we're on the inside, here's what you would get access to. Here are the first things we go through, and then here's our call calendar, and then blah, blah, blah. So whatever is relevant for you is something you could quickly do on that. So that would be more like the transparency thing of showing behind the scenes what it's like. On the top right here, so again, we're just continuing to go down the page. But we've included footage from I can't remember if this was the 2023 or 2024 event. I'm always thinking to myself, where are people gonna sniff bullshit? Where are they still gonna have doubts? Where are the hesitations gonna be? And what assets can I give them that are gonna annihilate all of that? So I'm thinking with Health Preneur Live, like if someone watches this video, they're like, oh shit, like there's a legit community with real people and it legitimizes the business even further, right? So I'm not saying like you have to put on big events like this, but anything like this, like if you host a smaller in-person retreats or if you do anything with your clients in person, make sure you get it on video because it just legitimizes you as a business owner. And especially now with AI, I think this stuff is gonna be very, very important is to show people that you're a real person working with real people and that the trust factor that people have right now is only gonna go lower and lower and lower over the coming years because of deep fakes and all sorts of stuff. So, all of this is theoretically, if we think of the sales cycle in general, the sales cycle most likely will lengthen. People will take longer to make decisions, I believe, unless they've already consumed a lot of your stuff on the front end because they're now having a conversation with you and they're like, let me just check you out. Let me make sure that I'm not talking to an AI agent who looks like the real version of Rochelle, right? So anything you can show that's gonna legitimize that and be like, oh, wow, this is like something real, is gonna be very important. So we just included this to just give people a sense of like what we've done with the business and how we've brought our community of clients together. And yeah. So if you have stuff like that, that's helpful. Next up, we have Google reviews. So if you have Google or Yelp or anything, just use that. So it's a different type of social proof. This is more third-party validated, like these are actual Google reviews online and people can, you know, go through those. And then the rest of the page in our case is just all video testimonials. So the video testimonials we in our case have organized by profession, because you know, obviously a lot of our clients are in different professions. So we just try to make it easier for them to say, all right, if you're a therapist, you might like these. If you're a functional medicine doctor, you might like these. If you're a dietitian or a health coach, you might like these. And so we break all that out by profession. And so that just, you know, if someone wants to watch all the videos, by all means, cool. Just think about what are the reasons someone would not join? What are all of the objections that they might have? Like, I want more personal attention, or I don't feel like divulging sensitive stuff, or everything I've done in the past hasn't worked. How is this going to be different? And you guys know this stuff because you you've spoken to your prospects, right? So if you have all of those listed out, then it's just a matter of mapping. Do I have social proof that can deal with it? Do I have some transparency assets that will help them feel more safe with that or alleviate those concerns? And that way, when they come back to the follow-up call, then it's like everything's been addressed. But here's the prerequisite like you got to do your best to get to the truth on the first call, right? If someone's like, you know, we don't need to schedule a follow-up, I'll give back to you. You're not sending this to them. They're gone. They're they've already shacked there, they're done. So ideally, this is for people that are like, you've got a scheduled follow-up tomorrow or the day after or next week. And so it's like, cool. What you don't necessarily need to do on that call is let's say we're having a conversation and I'm like, hey, Christy, so I'll talk with you on Friday at two o'clock. In the meantime, I'm actually going to send you an email with like this, this, this, this, and this. I wouldn't even say that. This is almost like a surprise and delight. So it's like about our conversation. Hey, Christy, love chatting with you. And you again, you can modify the email to you know whatever wording you want, but it's like, I was thinking about our conversation, and I thought a bunch of these different things might be useful for you. So I'm sending this page over so you can review it before our call. Basically, building out your yes page. So here are the elements that you want to have, right? So we got proof in the form of screenshots, video testimonials, Google reviews. Now, again, if you have these, awesome. If you don't, you might just leave these blank. You can type directly into these cells. So you like what I'm hoping you guys will do with this is just off top of your head, do I have screenshots? Like you can put like yes, uh, I can include, and you can just list it what you have. Proof, video testimonials, like, yep, I can put these ones in, Google reviews. Let's say you don't have any, like whatever. So you're not gonna include that for now. But what this will give you is kind of like these nine different buckets that over time, if you can fill them, will increase the likelihood of people being like, shit, let's do this. So we got proof elements at the top, uh, BTS is behind the scenes. So product demo. So here it might be uh screen record of client portal, whatever, right? It might be, you know, like um live coaching call. It might be, or that would be the second one over here. So anything like product demo, like having a look behind the scenes, that could be here. Working with clients can be some of the stuff we've talked about, uh sample call, uh live in person with clients, etc. Meet the team. Again, if you've got a team, just ask them to shoot a quick little video, one minute or less. Hey, I'm so-and-so, I'll be working with you in this capacity. Looking forward to working with you. You can spice all that together. Differentiator. So, this is just something for you to think about. What's the one thing that separates you? So, like Max, there's a lot of people that do weight loss, right? What's the one thing that separates you guys from everyone else that's meaningful and objective? Data. We talked about how do we quantify some of the qualitative results. And in the welcome video, here you can just draw down a couple notes. Like, what are the fears or skepticisms? What are the like the two or three things that I really want to hit on? Just make a note of those here. And then when you shoot the video, just make sure those are being addressed, right? So this is gonna give you just like a rough canvas to start drawing down some notes and then bringing stuff together. I'm a big fan of using YouTube. I think we talked about YouTube as an amazing content platform. Why I like YouTube for like testimonials is think about the search terms that people might use to find you or using third-party credibility of YouTube the platform, as opposed to hosting it natively on a page that doesn't quite have the same um authority or credibility. So, yeah, it's super simple way to leverage that. Type in healthpreneur reviews and I go, you can see here that we have like the top listings are like YouTube videos in a lot of cases, right? Because your your website will not get ranked, but YouTube is Google, right? So like it'll get top of search engine rankings all the time. So that's easy, like the easiest way to uh to leverage that. And if people are typing it in, instead of it being buried on the 20th page of Google, it's like right there front and center. The goal is that when you have their follow-up calls, you want people coming onto those calls or like, shit, I just spent the last day going through everything. Like, I'm in, like, I'll just do the painful. That's that's kind of the ultimate objective of this. And so we'll see how that goes for you guys. So if you like this kind of stuff and you are a health practitioner and your business is generating multiple six figures already, and you want to work with me and my leadership team much more closely in a strategic advisory capacity where we will look into your business, give you strategic one-on-one advice to help you grow and become the leader of your business that's gonna help you scale without requiring more of your time to help you make the right decisions.
